All our courses are designed for insured technicians and beauticians, so the minimum age is 18.

We would always recommend taking one class at a time, so you can be 100% focussed on that particular programme. Some of our courses have pre-requisites listed, so you would need to complete the mandatory course(s) first, but other than that, you can enrol on as many courses that interest you.

Go to the main Nailchemy website and select on courses, it will take you through to the online platform where you can purchase the course. Once purchased, then you complete the enrolment form and you are ready to start.

No problem, the course will sit in your learner area. We would always recommend completing the online element of the course, so you can achieve your Theory Unit certificate, but if you choose not to continue – just email us at: courses@nailchemy.co.uk and let us know.

Although we are unable to offer a refund if you no longer wish to attend your original booking, you can change your practical assessment to a future date, within a reasonable time period, to be discussed with the Principal Tutor. If you have purchased your course at a discounted price you will have to pay the difference to the full course price. Any re-bookings will incur an additional £25.00 re-booking fee.

The Nailchemy Academy learning platform can be used on both Apple and Android based systems. So whether you are using a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone your courses are available for completion.

Where additional class materials are available you will find a link at the top of the lesson/topic labelled ‘Materials’. These can include PDF documents which you can choose to print, or links to online websites/resources.

Courses vary in price depending upon the size of the qualification, or number of practical assessment days needed to complete the course criteria.

For our accredited courses you pay a 40% deposit at the point of purchase from the main Nailchemy website, then the remainder to the allocated Tutor on the practical assessment days.

For the conversion courses, ‘online’ practical assessments or workshops, then full payment is required at time of purchase.

‘Buy now/Pay later’ options are available on deposits via Klarna or Payl8r. Any outstanding balances paid to Educators need to be in cash or card on the day of training.
